My name is Tina Wright and I have created The Wright House blog primarily to write about my family so our friends and extended family can keep up-to-date with us. I am from TN and have 3 brothers. My husband, Steve, is from GA and has an older brother and younger sister. Both of our parents are stilling living in our home towns and in fact, the homes we grew up in. We were married on April 15, 1989. We have three children: Sara, William, and Tyler. We currently reside in Raleigh, NC.
Steve has been serving as a youth pastor since before we were married. We have served in churches in GA, TN, AL, and now NC. I feel honored to be his wife and serve alongside him in ministry. We both have a passion for young couples in the ministry. Occasionally, you will see posts for my fellow pastors’ wives.
My first love, after the Lord, is my family. I’m so grateful I was able to stay home with my children for over 15 years and am very much still involved with their day-to-day activities. Our schedule is so crazy I have to use different colors for each child, school, and church events on our family calendar…it’s a site to see!
I currently work as the administrator at our ministry called InQuest Ministries, which the Lord birthed in 1997 out of our passion to serve and mentor other youth pastors. I also have a NC real estate broker’s license and love working with singles, young couples, and families to help them sell their home or buy a new home. My favorites clients to work with are new home buyers..they are so nervous yet so excited at the same time about buying their first home.
Thank you for visiting our family blog….I hope you are enlightened about what goes on around The Wright House!
Hi Tina, love the idea to blog. I wish all of the family, mine and Chris’, had one! It’s nice to be able to keep up with what is going on in everyone’s lives since we are so far away. We are very content over here but sometimes, we talk about how much we are missing out on too – family, friends, weekends on the boat, church (which we have, but in a very unconventional way). Thanks for taking the time to keep us updated and inviting us to join!
Hey Tina. This is a great idea. I think it will be a great way to keep up with my little ones up there in NC. I too thank you for taking the time to keep us updated. Love you!
